How to report for missing licenses?

How can I report missing licenses? This is critical if the pull request feature should be used, as our projects currently fail because of this.

If your dependencies don't have their license listed, complain to the libraries you depend on. If there is a license available and VersionEye isn't detecting it, raise an issue for that library.

That said, it would be GREAT if it was documented somewhere as to how VersionEye detects licenses for different artifacts so that library maintainers could play nicely.
