Github repository webhooks are not removed when VersionEye project deleted

The Github repository webhooks that are automatically created when a repo is enabled are not removed when VersionEye project is deleted.

@timgluz Here we create the web hook: https://github.com/versioneye/versioneye-core/blob/6c7985d764ede434557b63efacb948037922a5b0/lib/versioneye/services/project_import_service.rb#L119-L131. Please write a method to remove it. The new method can be placed in git_hub_service.rb. We will call the method from different places every time a project is deleted.

It's fixed now.

For new VersionEye projects we store the webhook ID and if the project gets removed we remove the hook from GH as well.

For old VersionEye projects this is not working yet, but we are working on it!
