Can't add other team members

Hi

I'm trying to add some of my colleagues to my VersionEye team ("Owners", the only one so far). However the "Add team member" function doesn't find any of their GitHub IDs. It found mine OK but not any others.

I may be missing something obvious ...

Can you provide a little bit more information please? What is the name of your VersionEye organisation? And for which names did you look for?

The VersionEye user names can be different from the GitHub usernames.

(I am the original poster) Is there a way to do this in a non-public forum? I'm not going to share usernames etc publically.
