Default read/write for OAuth with GitHub Enterprise

If a user signs up the very first time via GitHub OAuth, VersionEye is only asking for permission to the public repositories of the user. Afterwards the user can grand wider access to VersionEye to access even private repositories. This makes a lot of sense in a cloud solution. However in an Enterprise environment this doesn't make sense. VersionEye Enterprise should ask for read/write access to public AND private repositories by default.
