Import Gravatar Image Fails

I have Confluence 5.10 on premise in corporate environment and I downloaded the add-on jar, imported it, and it says it installed successfully. I then go to my profile to import Gravatar image. When I click on Import Image, I see a preview of my Gravatar image, and then when I click the button in the popup to import, a message comes back after a min that says "Error importing Gravatar image".
Not sure what else you need to troubleshoot this.

We ran into same issue, in our case we are using internal custom Gravatar url and we are sure its able to access the gravatar servers because we are able to see Gravatar image as preview when click on "Upload avatar" button. Please let me know how to troubleshoot this.

Hello David, does your server have access to Gravatar server, i.e. to https://gravatar.com ? The server needs to be able to access the image in order to import it as a Confluence attachment.
