Support for Confluence 4.3

The plugin currently supports only supports Confluence up to version 4.2.12 (according to the entry in the Atlassian Marketplace).

My guess is that the plugin would also work with Confluence 4.3 without any major changes, so it would be nice if the entry was updated. Otherwise the plugin cannot be installed on more recent versions of Confluence.
