LDAP group checking

If group container RDN is not specified and group name keyword is, then the directory base should be used as the group container DN.

    This is done in v02.01.00.

    Group container DN formulation is not influenced by the group keyword provided in the request.

    If separate RDN for group container (OU) is not provided then the directory base DN is set as the group DN. This is for cases where the users and the groups might all be in the base of the directory (rare and not advised, but possible).

    However in most cases the group search will fail as the group object may not be in the base of the directory or the users container RDN may have been included in the directory base DN parameter to simplify the configuration.
