Hello everyone,

I will share my <a href="https://healthmost.com">Health</a> journey of being dedicated to my goal that not just gave me signs of improvement in 3–4 months but has also shaped my personality overall that helps me even today getting the best out of a day.

Scheduling in <a href="https://hinditipsguru.com">hindi main</a>- This is one of the boring activities that one might feel to follow initially, to be honest I used to do it earlier but currently I don't find any need since I am an early riser that helps allowing me enough time to complete all the activities for the day in time.
Being Disciplined - This is again something that demands your sheer will, it is not just about completing all the activities on a scheduled time as it is sometimes difficult due to uncertainty but also ensuring that you complete all the activities by managing time accordingly, even if you have to sacrifice on some or the other thing.
Time management - Managing time is also an indispensable part of your personality, one who manages to prioritize and complete one's business for the day effectively is the one who will see a drastic change in one's life.
Excersizing - It does not mean you have to spend 2 hours or so in the gym or play a sport for 2-4 hours. You need to believe that even if you are active even for half an hour when you give your all in, whether it is a match of badminton or a 3–5km run depending on your fitness levels, you will be able to take care of yourself in the best possible manner. And this is what I call self love.
Completing 10k steps - From your metabolism state to mental state, it will do wonders, it is something that helps me engaged in one or the other activity throughout the day, and most importantly keeping lethargy away. And tracking your daily steps has become so easy and cheap as well, one can easily find a smart band or a smart watch which is available at a very low price today due to competition in this market.
Balancing Diet - We all know the variety of food choices available to us today, but I just want you to do one thing from now onwards. Just ask a simple question whenever you go about having a meal, “Do I really need to eat these fried items or isn't the portion of rice too much as per my requirement, or can I avoid the extra items that I am consuming to satiate my cravings for sweets”? Just ask these simple questions, and you will start eliminating options that are bad for your health, the idea of “YOU ONLY LIVE ONCE” doesn't apply here most of the times, if you keep making the wrong choices with respect to your diet, you will not do justice to your health in the long run.
Keeping yourself happy - Don't worry a lot about anything, if something happens just understand that it happens for a reason, carrying grudges makes you grow hatred inside you, this should also be avoided. Just focus on the positive side of the world and you will definitely start enjoying your life. This is the key to your happiness.
Note - The time frame mentioned in the question is subjective, as I could observe improvements even in the first three months itself, one might take longer or shorter period of time to notice changes.
