license information

Recently I committed a change to VAM turning vim-pi packages into nix package descriptions. Some packages in nix already have dedicated license information attached which would get lost. Thus in the long run we would have to find a way to declare license information as well.

I don't want to fix it at the moment. Adding a license key seems trivial.
