scmnr keys 4966 and 4964 "not known"

I'm seeing the warning The following scmnr keys are not known: 4966, 4964.

These plugin numbers are listed in db/scmsources.vim, but they seem to have been deleted from vim.org. http://www.vim.org/scripts/script.php?script_id=4966 shows a page that says script: I couldn't find the script you requested (script_id=4966), are you sure it exists?.
