fix error on invalid key php1571

Issue #25 resolved

thet created an issue 2012-01-03

the plugin php1571 seems to be removed. on installing new plugins, vam hangs with the missing key. i removed it, that should fix it.

You are wrong, it is now named `php%1571`. I guess you should just merge `percentanames` bookmark, that’ll fix it.

In any case, AFAIK now setting strip-components is not required so no need to restore it.

I hoped we'd use branches so that we can test *all* features including the renaming and update at once? .. never mind. The merge readded the line - but as you noted it doesn't seem to matter.

You already got percent names in master because my cron job is using developing version of perl script and repository clone in a separate location with `master` as active bookmark. It was a mistake, but I do not think it requires to be fixed. And if there are percent names, then no need in keeping that bookmark separate.
