Moving VAM-kr to another location

This is for discussion for vim-pi location. In addition to my other issues this obsoletes #78.

As you probably guessed https://bitbucket.org/vimcommunity/vim-pi seems to be good enough (though I would still use https://bitbucket.org/vim-pi/vim-pi as I still have no idea WTF is vimcommunity). Using gibiexport all issues may be moved in an instant, but moving any discussion back here is not so easy.

Since there is an agreement on the issue from @MarcWeber in https://github.com/MarcWeber/vim-addon-manager-known-repositories/issues/80#issuecomment-31941154 (there is not much sense in editing README on bitbucket) I would like to also hear @Shougo.

Note that there are no problems in moving between bitbucket repositories, thus even if vimcommunity idea is retired moving to bitbucket.org/vim-pi/vim-pi is much easier then moving from github to bitbucket.
