installer forgot to add py.exe dir to path

I use winget to install Python Launcher. It used launcher-1.0.1.6.amd64.msi to install it on my machine.

I found that it forgets to add C:\Program Files\Python Launcher (64-bit)\ to Path environment variable.

Another problem is that Python3 installs a higher version of this Python Launcher. So this installer is unnecessary at winget repository, if this is the case.

Well, I didn’t put it into the winget repository. The launcher was developed here before it was added to CPython, but now the in-CPython version takes precedence. Note that the last commit here was over six years ago.
