exception raise when calling /vi or /vi/user/login in pure v1.1.0 standard setup

There seems to be a problem with the standard user_custom module that raises an exception when called from line 135, not providing an url to kwargs. The reason for this line is not obvious, but this fixes the problem and provides the same functionality as before.
