Print scheme name prefix when serving the site locally

Issue #17 resolved

created an issue

The serve command in the current version of obraz prints

Site generated successfully
Serving at 0.0.0.0:8000

when the site is ready.

I propose to print

Site generated successfully
Serving at http://0.0.0.0:8000/

Scheme name prefix (http://) helps to highlight the URL as an active link in many terminal emulators (most VTE-based terminals) and text editors (Emacs, TextMate, Notepad++), and allows to open the newly generated site directly.

Also, according to RFC3986, the scheme name is not optional.
