implemented startswith queries using the unicode trick from GAE's documentation. you'll need a composite index because it uses inequality filters, so it might not be practical in all cases

refactored compiler a little bit. we now have a NonrelCompiler base class which provides utilities like in-memory query emulation (e.g., for sorting and filtering if the DB only provides a primitive get() function for primary key access)
