Add support for MacOS as a platform

We now have a MacOS version of the Cubiquity native code library but it is completely untested. Testing and changes will be needed to get it working with the Unity3D integration.

reporter We've made some progress here and shown that a MacOS version works in principle, but some tidying up is still needed. Some paths need fixing and we haven't tested a standalone build yet.
