Inital work to implement Morton Order within Chunks
ITt is currently turned off inside PagedVolumeChunk::convertCoordinates()
but can be easily switched. It currently runs slightly slower across the
test suite probably due to explicit zyx loops.
This work is mostly here for reference; the real work to make it usable
will happen piece-by-piece in another branch.
