Move 'About' menu button below 'Help' menu button, instead of separate menu

I think that it would be better accessed from the main options menu than from the 'help' menu, where a lot of people wouldn't think of looking.

I think the "help -> about" menu paradigm is very well established, and the fact you can see menus further in the background additionally ensures nobody is likely to miss it if they're really looking for it. I'd prefer not to clutter the main menu unnecessarily.
