Add VR camera tracking modes

Add a mode to keep the player ship in front of the player, as per the locked 2D modes (still allowing player view to be moved relative to this).

Also add a horizontal-rotating-only view mode.

Also add a nausea warning to these two modes, or perhaps only have them exposed in the config file, for advanced users.
