"Move all sub-tasks" button does not aware of the project permissions

Basically, a user can only move a single sub-task to some other parent by using the default "Move" operation. In case if someone does not have permissions "Move" withing a project, that user can't move a sub-task to another parent. But the function "Move all sub-tasks" is still available to that user in this case, independently of the user's permissions.

It does not work, by the way, because of missing permissions, but it is visible, so this causes a confusion for our users. I believe that you will fix this issue soon.

This issue is reproducible for plugin version 2.2.
