On clicking on the count of Like/Dislike, a pop-up window should come up with the list of users (like Confluence)

This would be very useful. As a manager I would like to be able to click "like" or "dislike" on one of my team member's comments to lend approval/disapproval to what was written without spamming them with a simple "I agree" or "I disagree" comment. But unless we can tell who actually voted up or down, I can't use it like that.
I would also vote that the up/down voting details appear on mouseover, and not necessarily with a full click.
