Multiple my permission and commentvote requests

Hi,

I have noticed that /rest/api/latest/mypermissions?issueKey= and /rest/votecomments/latest/commentsvotes is being called very often - adds 7 non-cacheable requests per issue load.

It turns out that 25% of all GET requests are being caused by this plugin, around 100,000 requests per day on our Jira production instance.

Affects version 1.5 as well.

This is called everytime a JIRA issue is opened and every time a comment is added. Does this mean that total number of JIRA Issues being opened + number of comments getting added/deleted ~ 100,000 in your JIRA instance? Can you please confirm this?
