I wanted to use this plugin but i cant open any databases or use the browser(it's just loading till the end...). Could it be a problem with Oracle SQL?

It could be. I have never tested this with Oracle. Do people still use Oracle for JIRA?

I had trouble getting a stalled load/error in Safari, but it worked fine in Chrome. Looked like a javascript error - complaining about a bad regex. I can't reproduce it, our sysadmins updated us to Jira 7.2.1 and now the plugin is disabled.
