Jira 7.2.x compatibility

Jira has automatically disabled the plugin in versions 7.2.x, not sure what potential breakage exists or if it's just reading a version value somewhere.

I would also vote for support of all alive Jira versions. According to this list: https://confluence.atlassian.com/support/atlassian-support-end-of-life-policy-201851003.html. They are 6.4 - 7.2.1 for now.
