Editor in version 1.6 does not work for Jira 6.3.14

Have a look at the screenshot ... the editor does not show any template and removes any icons in the upper right corner.

We are still on 6.3.14 (not 6.3.15) and having that problem.

Tomcek, will you be able to help me with the following: * Is the server on windows or linux? (I haven't really tested in a windows server) * What is the browser that you are using? (We have only tested with Chrome) * When you open the Email Editor page, can you keep the Chrome developer tools open and see if there are any any error reported in the console?

We have Jira version 6.3.15 installed on Windows 2012 R2.

I´am using the latest firefox version. The problem was also on earlier Jira versions.

On chrome (Version 41.0.2272.89 m) it also doesn´t work:

None of these messages looks related to the addon. Allow me some time check this.

I still didn't get any issue in my tests. I am not sure if other addons in your system are affecting this (I see Tempo installed in your instance from the screenshot). If you can check if disabling of Tempo temporarily to check if this addon works fine, it will help me to debug.

Same with Jira 6.4 on 2008 R2....

Andrew, I will test in JIRA 6.4 and update you the results. Unfortunately every time I test in my instance, I see that it works fine :(

Can we have a screenshare sometime to see what is going on in the instance?
