threaded comments not working when ticket comment list contains long list of comments

I was testing your plugin in a jira ticket with lots of comments. My idea was that I want to see how the representation is when I use your plugin in comparison of a list of comments sorted by creation date only.

In the beginning, it was working fine (I also found the bug that the "reply" link disappears from all comments when adding a reply -> but this was reported already).

However, when the list of comments is long Jira starts to collapse the oldest comments. I expect my users to expand this list check the history before sending new stuff.

1) Create a Jira ticket with lots of comments so Jira is collapsing the list 2) Expand the list by clicking on "xx comments". You now should see a formatting bar on some of your comments as well as replys. 3a) When clicking on a "reply" of a comment that has this formatting bar, the "style" dropdown appears instead and cannot be closed. 3b) When clicking on a "reply" of a previous reply that has this formatting bar, no text box appears but the "reply" link disappears.

Under this circumstances, the plugin is not usable as I am expecting more comments on a ticket with this plugin -> thus, Jira will collapse list of comments which is causing the bug.

I am using Jira 6.4.12 and was installing the latest version of the plugin.
