Add Wiki Editor Toolbar to Reply Comments TextArea

For those of us with JIRA 6.4+, we have a plugin installed that comes bundled with JIRA which adds a decent formatting toolbar to the comment textarea: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jira.plugins.jira-wiki-editor/server/overview

It'd be awesome if this toolbar were available when replying to comments.

yes, it would be awesome :-). there's no option to restrict reply message to project role..
