Raise and answer questions in threaded comments

As users we want to be able to ask questions to team members so that each team member can check his unanswered questions and answer them.

Elaboration: By mentioning a user in a comment a user gets notified that a question has been raised in a specific issue. We also want to have a dashboard gadget that shows questions (i.e. mentions in a ticket comment) that are currently unanswered. By replying to a comment that has my username mentioned, it is registered as an answer to this question. Therefore, the question will be answered. If there is another question in the same thread, the user again has to mention my username to raise a question.

This requests describes Jira Service Desk. Do you really want that a free Plugin to rebuild Jira Service Desk?
