"Reply" link does not show up in Internet Explorer

Hi there.

We use Version 1.27.1 of the plugin on out Jira (vv8.1.0#801000) and we have the problem that users using Internet Explorer (11) do not see the “Reply” links in the Comments.

I digged deeper and found that the whole <div> section containing the Link is missing in the HTML delivered to the IE compared to the HTML delivered to i.e. Chrome. I made screenshots of the HTML sections and attached them.

As the users must use IE for regulatory reasons and must not use a different browser, switching browsers is not an option for them.

Can you have a look inside this please and maybe fix it?
