User Report Fails with 1 Digit in Minute or Second Fields

When you fill out a report and you leave the Minute or Second field with a single digit then the user report will fail.

To fix this use example:

For Minutes 01

For Seconds 05

Suggestion: Render - "Failed Report - Reason: Min/Sec Error"
