Fails to ACK when using tactical callsign

When using a tactical callsign (Override the callsign from https://www.w8wjb.com/qth/QTHHelp/English.lproj/conn-kiss-over-tcpip.html), incoming messages do not get ACKed and ACKs for outgoing messages are not recognized.

Setup:

License has callsign N6VMG, Preferences->Station is set to N6VMG-2. Connection->KissTCPIP->Advanced callsign is set to tactical callsign of LPARC.

Example of not ACKing incoming message addressed to tactical callsign:
