APRS-IS Filters Displayed in French

I'm running a MacBook Air M1 2020 model - Monterey 12.3.1

QTH.app v0.84

I went in to take a look at what options were available in the APRS-IS settings and noticed all but one of the available options in the drop-down selector under filters are displayed in French. While I understand enough French to be dangerous, English is my first language and my Mac is configured for US English localization.

I added an attachment with a screenshot to demonstrate what I am seeing on my end.
