QSY information not shown

1. Send a packet containing QSY information. Here's an example, as sent from a TH-D74A:

2021-05-09 01:48:35 CDT: KI6HQT-7>SPQU3W,WIDE1-1,WIDE2-1,qAO,KA5D-10:`}HYl"<0x7f>[/>441.775MHz      +500^

2. Show the information panel for the callsign that just sent that packet.
3. Notice that the QSY information is missing. Only the caret (^) is visible in the "i" section of the callsign's information panel.
