Overhaul, improve and document complete build-process

Currently the build-process is messed up and needs to be fixed. These three tasks have to be completed:

1. Understand the build-process and document it somewhere usefull. (Wiki, Annotations or something?)
2. Repair and simplify build-process
3. Make the build-process executable for alle wap-members, e.g. windows/linux maven-repo etc.
