Resizer doesn't work on a fresh install of Windows 10

I try to run Continuum Resizer (from the downloads page) and I keep getting "injection error". I have tried running older versions of resizer (http://subspace-continuum.com/game/ContinuumResizer.zip) and they work fine.

There's something wrong with the latest version.
