Step6 on Android is not working w/o wifi

Hi, I have tried Step 6 on Android device (Samsung S5) to have a video call with desktop (Chrome). It was working well when it was connected to Wifi. But when I turned off wifi and used only 3G, remote video and audio were not started on Android and desktop. I used stun server, turn server and both. Nothing was changed!
