Step #3 remote video is not rendered. Both shows same my webcam vide.

I checked step #3 but it is not rendering remove system video. When I lick on call it is showing same my webcam video.

How to render remote system video and is it possible to set receive call button? So when I call some one and in remote system user can receive call and start video chat?
