Unable to generate PDF report

When generating PDF report after session closes (localhost) - these errors are shown in stdout:
phantom stdout: XMLHttpRequest cannot load http://127.0.0.1:38835/dnode/info. Cross origin requests are not supported.
phantom stdout: NETWORK_ERR: XMLHttpRequest Exception 101: A network error occurred in synchronous requests.
This is likely to be a development-only problem - how is this made possible in the production server?
