Better warning of email notification

Currently users are warned when they move stage (from setup to open). However, if the (new) user made the mistake of changing stage right before lecture, then he/she will be stuck with students not getting notification in time.

Need to figure out a good (and less spammy) way to do this.

Random ideas: - Red color tab on the summary? - A warning pop up permanently displayed in the question summary (goes away until students are notified or opening is scheduled)?

More drastic: - Schedule MUST be provided during session creation, but user can change stage earlier.
