When pressure plate (wooden or stone) that was placed on an oak fence is touched by a player, it disappears. Even when player is NoBuild. Because it is quite common table-making technique unintentional or intentional griefing is possible.

What is more, it is impossible to place a pressure plate on an oak fence now (which is probably the cause of the bug).
