Sub-Tenant Units & Roles not working properly

When logged in as Mike Lents with ServiceNow, a sub-tenant to WCI with only (3) units assigned, I see the full list of WCI units on the home page. Also, Mike is set up as Cross Connect, Access Controller and Company Authorizer, but when I try to view current contacts or cross connects I get an error message. I can submit new requests, but not view current.

Looking up cross connects by the units available to a contact, rather than the tenant they are associated with.

I've gotten the contacts working, and that is up and running. Cross-connects will take a bit more time.
