New contact update request

Cassia Fairchild created an issue

If I look at my current contact list and click on a specific contact than click on a "new contact update request" the form shows the contact information of the last contact record I opened so I need to click on "new contact updated request" again to get a blank form.

    Fixed it so that no matter what, clicking the new request link from the sidebar always goes to a blank request.

    Resolved issue 32. If the user is viewing a contact's detail, then clicks on the new request link (not the one attached to the contact) then it will go to a blank new request.
