ssl re-direction

right now, the only issue that I see is that when I access the "Customer Portal" portion of the website:

https://www.westinbldg.com/CustomerPortal/Home WORKS, but https://westinbldg.com/CustomerPortal/Home DOES NOT

Can you: - force the link to go to https://www.westinbldg.com/CustomerPortal/Home - ensure all SSL traffic has to have URL starts with https://www.westinbldg.com

until I can figure out what's wrong on the setup?
