Temporary access request page issue

While signed in as Rick Noji from Fibercloud I noticed the following issues in the temporary access request page.

1. The access begins date shows up as "10/29/2014 12:00:00 AM" and the access ends date shows up as "1/1/0001 12:00:00 AM". I think the "access ends date" should automatically default to (1) day and be adjustable from there.

2. When I click in the "access ends date" box the calendar comes up but is not the 2014 calendar and once I click forward in the calendar it does not allow me to go backwards.

I implemented a new date picker that has date and time combined into 1 view. This is a big improvement, and should take care of everything for you.
