Add support for XEP-0313: Message Archive Management in Wime Jabber client

Will be good to see XEP-0313: Message Archive Management support in your client, for sync Jabber talk history between clients. It already works out-of-the-box in popular ejabberd server, and in other servers too.

Some of opensource jabber clients already implement this: https://www.zash.se/mam.html

Maybe you can reuse code from that clients?
