WP: first page title comes from wiki page name

The script currently build's the snapshot's H1 from the last component of the page name, but it should use the DISPLAYTITLE if it exists.

In WordPress snapshots the first page title was based on the wiki page name rather than using the text of the link in the outline. Starting with f2c8d24 (v0.9.0) the first page title comes from the outline, just like all the other pages. This provides more flexibility in the wiki page naming scheme.

It may be just the front page that gets named by page rather than by outline text.
