[Images] - Out of memory exception after viewing lots of images

Memory cache sizes are currently fixed, they need to be dynamic and maybe even catch the exception and flush the cache and create a new smaller one for next time?

Beta 3 has a unified memory cache that is sized based on the devices capabilities. Need to do more testing to confirm, but should be fixed now.

No crashes based on this after two weeks, will re-open if I get them.
