Let the user choose which partition to use for caching content for devices with 'internal' SD cards and external SD cards

    Starting with Android 4.4 there is finally an API to get a reference to secondary external storage. The one difference is that apps are only allowed to write to /android/data/packagename

    Supporting writing to secondary external storage on ICS/JB requires looking for the known mount points that different manufacturers use.
