support UPnP renderers

I understand that the point of the CDS API is to get away from the limitations of UPnP/DLNA, and the ServiiGO app is way better for browsing my collection than any DLNA client I have tried. But when I am at home, I would really like to be able to use this interface to browse my collection and then send a movie/track/playlist to one of several renderers on my home network. It would be the best of both worlds.

While I think I have now worked out all of the steps involved, there is still a lot of stuff that needs to be implemented before it will work properly.
